Custom Masks Available. The masks are a minimum of 500 pieces and deliver as follows:
- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
- The $75.00 is for design, production and delivery of a production sample using your art.
- $4.50 per mask. UPS Ground freight and any taxes additional.
- We will work with you to design the mask and customize the packaging label and add your logo to the instructions.
- We produce a pre-production sample before confirming the order. We charge the $75.00 for the sample and when that sample is approved, we charge for the 500 masks at $4.50 ea.
- The $4.50 is for the same mask construction, quality and packaging as the stock masks we sell. So each unit includes 1 mask + 2 filters + instruction sheet + packaging
- Packed in cartons of 100 pcs
- Lead-time: 1.5 weeks pre production sample + 6 weeks production from sample approval + ground delivery time. Ships from Oregon.
